Sidra Arshad is a DHA licenced Paediatric Occupational Therapist with over 7 years of experience in paediatric rehabilitation, developmental therapy, school-based practice, teaching, and research. She specializes in the assessment and intervention of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, sensory processing difficulties, learning disabilities, handwriting challenges, social skills difficulties, and emotional regulation needs. Her clinical approach integrates evidence-based, play-based, and family-centred interventions, including Sensory Integration Therapy, DIR/Floortime®, LEGO®-Based Therapy, Reflex Integration, and school-based occupational therapy to support children’s participation, independence, and functional performance across home, school, and community settings. In addition to her clinical work, Sidra has served as an Assistant Professor and remains actively involved in research focusing on Autism Spectrum Disorder, Internet Gaming Disorder, and behavioural health among children and adolescents
