Husna Syed is a passionate clinical leader and visionary co-founder of Elevate Kids Clinic, known for her deep commitment to transforming the lives of children and families through the power of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). As an International Behavior Analyst (IBA), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), and Certified Management Accountant (CMA), she brings a rare and impactful combination of clinical expertise, compassion, and strategic leadership to pediatric therapy.

With extensive experience in ABA program development and implementation, Husna has dedicated her career to helping children build meaningful skills, achieve independence, and reach their fullest potential. She has led multidisciplinary teams across ABA, Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy, ensuring that every child receives individualized, evidence-based care tailored not just to their needs—but to their future. Her approach goes beyond clinical protocols; it is rooted in empathy, connection, and a genuine understanding of each child’s journey.

Prior to co-founding Elevate Kids Clinic, Husna held senior leadership roles in leading therapy centers in Dubai, where she managed large clinical caseloads, supervised and mentored teams, and oversaw all aspects of clinic operations. She is recognized for building strong, values-driven teams and creating systems that enhance both client outcomes and organizational excellence. Her leadership consistently bridges the gap between high-quality ABA services and sustainable, efficient clinic management.
